Job Summary:
This dynamic role, the Manager of Base Experience, Base area Operations is responsible for managing key support services for the resort. Services groups consist of Uniforms, Grounds, Base, Security, Roads, and Parking. This managerial role works with various departments across differing functions within the resort and provides an incredible growth opportunity within the company!

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safety and health of employees.
- Create and oversee departmental budgets while tracking performance expectations.
- Lead employee and guest safety efforts in conjunction with the Leadership and Health and Safety team.
- Develop leaders within the organization to improve leadership within current roles, and to prepare for increased responsibility and succession.
- Directly manage the establishment of goals and development plans, and the evaluation of performance for direct reports; oversee these processes for the assigned Resort Operations team.
- Build strong, positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders outside of direct reports.
- Increase operational efficiency and effectiveness through on-going intra and interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
- Actively participate in RLT and resort initiatives.
- Prioritize and adapt in a constantly changing business and environmental setting.
- Manage third-party contractors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least two years of Lead experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Proficient in technology use including Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Be able to flex schedule during high impact times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with a variety of company personn
