This role is focused on high-level managerial program operations and supervisory activities.  Strategic planning, hands-on execution, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.  Balancing simultaneous projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are critical drivers to success. 

This position will support projects related to overall operations efficiency and people management. To be successful in this role: leadership, empathy, and emotional intelligence are paramount in every consideration.  Clear and thoughtful communication and the ability to build successful partnerships and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders is vital.

  • HQ level oversight of company-wide Fertility Preservation Program (excluding laboratory, cryogenics):
    • Owns SOP, Policy, Form updates, as needed, based on regulatory requirements and business needs Includes final approver for Operations for the Fertility Preservation related vaults (Client Depositor- sperm, embryo, egg and Directed Donors)
    • Oversee all site relevant activities and ensure program operations are optimized and compliant with company Standard Operating Procedures
    • Act as SME for FDA, NYSDOH, regulatory body inspections, and internal audits
    • Acts as lead for future business development and outreach related initiatives 
    • Manage escalated client requests, as needed
    • Role requires skillset and experience in the following areas: Commercial (customer service), Operations, Quality, Regulatory and Accounting knowledge relevant to the program

 

  • HQ level of oversite of CSI -Los Altos Donor + Fertility Preservation program operations (excluding laboratory):
    • Manages Reproductive Services Manager, Los Altos and indirectly manages team that reports to that manager:
      • Provides initial and ongoing training to manager and team, as continuous improvements are made to the programs
      • Provides support for escalated Los Altos donor, client issues 
    • Supports secondary HQ level final review of donor program charts, prior to Medical Director donor eligibility determination
    • Supports secondary donor vial release review 
    • Supports fertility preservation retrieval requests and account closures, as needed. 

Role may expand to include other CSI sites in the future in the same capacity 

  • Manage direct reports and indirect reports:
    • Leadership: mentor, train new hires, guide teams
    • Monitors company-wide performance of the Fertility Preservation Program 
    • Monitors performance of Los Altos site

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Seven to ten years of healthcare-related work experience required. Must include a direct supervisory/management position in a management role in a reproductive healthcare setting. 
  • Knowledge of the reproductive healthcare field is a must.
