Job DetailsJob Location: Administrative Offices - Sacramento, CA 95827Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:





Assists in the completion of schedules and ensures billing is executed according to current policies and procedures from the KH handbook.
Communicate any concerns to the department director.
Assists in maintaining the rosters and employee files for all Kala Homes.
Keeps an organized calendar of all department specific meetings, attending as needed to collect, organize, and disseminate notes.
Research regulations and requirements of all overseeing agencies as requested by the Director.
Monitor timeliness of written materials (i.e. reports, reviews) of residential staff, alerting the Director when there are deficiencies.
Act as Project Manager on projects as assigned by Director.
Draft professional letters/emails as assigned by the Director.
Occasionally runs errands locally
Must be able to travel to all homes at the request of the Director.
Ensures accurate and timely reporting of all time and approval of timecards in Paycom
Other duties as assigned

Supervision:




Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.




Education and/or Experience:




Minimum of a High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience supporting at the director level.




Physical Demands:




Ability to stand, sit, stoop, reach, push, and lift 50 pounds; visual, vocal & hearing acuity; use of a computer; ability to travel via automobile.




Background Checks and/or Licensing:




Must be able to pass criminal background check; reference checks; provide a negative TB test; immunizations; education verification; current driver’s license and proof of valid auto insurance.
