Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

Brightcove is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, who will play a crucial role in overseeing the TA Operations team. This role involves maintaining and optimizing processes, as well as evaluating, implementing, and managing talent acquisition technologies to enhance efficiency and enhance the candidate experience. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for creating and managing talent acquisition reporting to establish and optimize important recruitment metrics.

You will report into the Director, HR Operations and partner closely with, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations team members and HR business partners. 

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team, with a keen focus on operational excellence, data quality, process design and project management 
• Evaluate, implement and maintain Talent Acquisition technologies and process to increase efficiencies and improve overall experience 
• Collaborate closely with the TA leadership team and recruiters to jointly identify areas of potential improvement, aiming to enhance productivity while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Consistently examine key recruiting metrics to evaluate recruitment efficiency, identify potential obstacles, and inform future decisions, fostering the creation of effective solutions
• Provide oversight for talent acquisition reports and communication concerning recruitment metrics, along with managing assigned tasks for the TA Operations team. This encompasses delivering timely reports to the HR Leadership team, overseeing current vendor relationships, and guiding recruiters to optimize their utilization of our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) for greater efficiency
• Provide administrative and troubleshooting support for all talent acquisition tools and systems 
• Manage and oversee immigration program, vendor relationships, contracts, and invoices
• Forge dynamic relationships across the business and influence change with data 
• Recommend ideas that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new TA processes and fine tuning standard processes that fits within Brightcove’s mission to deliver the highest quality results and an exceptional candidate experience. 

Skills/Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role, preferably in Operations or Data focused position
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing a team and possess a strong passion for execution  
• Data driven mindset with strong analytical skills to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the TA team
• Project Management experience and comfortable owning end-to-end projects that have cross functional dependencies   
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence through data
• Expert understanding of recruitment systems and tools i.e. ATS (Greenhouse preferred), CRM, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Detailed oriented problem solver with skills in analyzing problems and proposing innovative solutions 

Nice to have/Bonus Points

• Demonstrable experience coaching and mentoring others and embodying the leadership capabilities to work with stakeholders effectively and be proactive in solving problems
• Experience developing, measuring and reporting on Talent Acquisition metrics and indicators 
• Working knowledge of EEOC compliance, Applicant Data Privacy, AAP & GDPR
• Familiarity with international recruitment practices is highly desired 
• Has led immigration program to include policy and partnered cross functionally around compliance and legal matters. International experience is desired.
