Join us for a future where making games is as thrilling as playing them!</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>We're looking for an experienced Lead Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create the Live-ops vision, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that includes campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.</li> <li>Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence</li> <li>Analyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, what value we give to users and define the right strategy for the game</li> <li>Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions, going from idea to live experiments</li> <li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to monitor, analyze key performance metrics (average revenue per user, conversion, funnel, churn) and drive metrics-driven decision making</li> <li>Develop best practices to drive operational excellence in a live-ops team.</li> <li>Coordinate with features team to ensure live-ops needs are communicated and planned while new features are being developed</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence</li> <li>Worked in a volatile and fast-paced environment and not afraid to adapt to changes&nbsp;</li> <li>Good communication skills and experience aligning with stakeholders</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What's in it for you as a Socialpointer?</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Hybrid working model: we ask you to come to our Barcelona office at least 2 days per week</li> &l
