Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staged rollout of PACE (Field Service Mobile Device), including coordination of training, stakeholder engagement, and hardware decisions

  • Identify and close process gaps between current and future state documentation practices

  • Collaborate with CS headquarters to ensure templates and protocols are correctly integrated into the PACE middleware and SAP backend systems

  • Oversee change management activities, including communication cadence and persona-based training strategies

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams, ensuring adoption and readiness ahead of go-live milestones

  • Work with the Training Organization to develop Training Plan, all applicable training material, and rollout to the affected personas.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing large-scale IT deployments, preferably in healthcare or field service environments

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management Experience managing large scale (results impacting 500+ individuals) IT deployments, preferably in healthcare or field service environments

  • Strong domain expertise in field service operations

  • Highly desired experience in implement field service mobile solution for handling service tickets

  • Familiarity with SAP and ServiceNow platforms

  • Experience in managing digital transformation projects working with cross functional teams in field services/operations using process mapping and closing gaps with stakeholders & identifying solutions

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with IT, training, and change management stakeholders

  • PMP Certification is strongly preferred

The base pay range for this position is:

$107,060 - $147,213

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
