Schedule:  Full Time - Day

Department Supported: Patient Experience @ North Hospital

What You Do: 

Provides functional guidance to staff and performs duties of the major work functions. Key job duties and responsibilities include providing basic personnel management and supervision to Guest Relations team, providing exceptional service to guests, and providing consultation services related to guest relations to other hospital personnel, upon request. Success is accomplished by providing exceptional service contributing to continuous improvement of patient experience scores.

What You Will Need: 

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 5-7 years experience required.
• Experience in guest relations, customer service, and/or patient care required.
• Experience in leadership preferred.
