As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Performs administrative and laboratory monitoring assignments  

• Required to access, input, and/or maintain data in multiple systems.

• Recognizes administrative-related problems, initiates, and participates in developing methods to resolve those issues

• Utilization of SAP tools

• Shipping Coordinator

• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start)

• Two (2) years of administrative experience in a private, public, government or military environment

• Two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office tools

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Five (5) years of administrative experience in a private, public, government or military environment

• Minimum of one (1) year experience with SAP

• Five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office tools in a private, public, government or military environment

Relocation Assistance:  not authorized

Work location:

·         On site in Maplewood MN

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
