Diesel Technician

<p>We are looking for a talented <strong>Diesel Technician / Mechanic</strong> to join our Distribution business in <strong>Mt. Clemens, MI.  </strong></p> <p><strong>You will make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop</p></li> <li> <p>Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools</p></li> <li> <p>Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles</p></li> <li> <p>Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety &amp; Environmental policies</p></li> <li> <p>Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products</p></li> <li> <p>Maintain own tools</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Completes complex internal engine repairs</li><li>Performs engine overhauls unassisted </li><li>Detailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and components</li><li>Proficient experience with engine diagnostic software</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><p>Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
