Nissan Europe’s goal is to become the most desirable Asian car brand in the region. Sales Department has been identified as a core organizational capability and strategic enabler to achieve this goal. That is why we are looking for a Sales Planning & Distribution Strategy Coordinator.

Main mission is to:

  • Support, plan and deploy activities related to Vehicle Ordering and Distribution Systems
  • Analyze and challenge distribution activities

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Support SP&D and Sales projects from the identification and consolidation of business requirements to the deployment of provided solutions
  • Assess future business requirements as intermediary point of contact between IS Team and RBUs
  • Provide on-going support to RBUs on Sales processes, vehicle ordering and pipeline management systems
  • Provide user requirements and business process explanations to IS Team to support development of systems applications
  • Prioritize user incidents, follow-up and work together with IS Teams until their resolution
  • Make sure all projects are compliant with sales systems and process
  • Administrate SP&D Systems
  • Create & Manage user access for SP&D systems (Mainframe, NIIVOS, SCOPE, VSE)
  • Support Compliance activities (J-SOX audit reviews and GDPR)

Background & Experience:

  • Project Management experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong skills Excel and Power Point
  • Mainframe knowledge is a plus
  • Access skills is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain functional information
  • English fluent and written, additional languages are welcomed
  • Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural & cross-functional environment
  • Minimum three years of experience in cross-functional business analysis and reporting is desirable.
