Manager, Production Operations

<h4><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></h4> <p>Peloton is seeking a Manager, Production Operations to lead technical production operations across our live and recorded programming. This role is responsible for building a consistent, scalable operating model that supports high-quality execution across all productions, shifts, and teams.</p> <p>As Manager, Production Operations, you will lead Supervisors and frontline operational structures, drive standardization across workflows, strengthen resource planning, and partner cross-functionally to ensure productions run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role requires strong live production fluency, including hands-on multi-camera directing and technical directing experience in live or recorded production environments. It is ideal for a leader who can balance day-to-day operational oversight with long-term process improvement, team development, and organizational clarity.</p> <p>The right candidate brings deep experience in operations management within technical production environments, direct experience leading or participating in multi-camera control room environments, strong live production knowledge, excellent people leadership, and the technical fluency to participate meaningfully in production decisions.
