About your role:
As Head Enterprise, Talent & Engagement Communications, you will lead communication strategies that connect associates to company priorities, talent initiatives, and associate experience. You will support the Chief Human Resources Officer by leading strategic communications planning and execution focused on associate talent development and engagement, as well as key HR communications including benefits and wellness programs, performance management, and development. You will partner closely with Human Resources, executive leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape clear, timely, and measurable communications that strengthen engagement, support change, and help Fiserv operate as one team.
What you'll do:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of enterprise, talent, and engagement communications across internal channels and leadership forums
- Partner with Human Resources, senior leaders, and business stakeholders to translate priorities, programs, and organizational changes into clear communication plans
- Support the Chief Human Resources Officer with strategic communications planning and execution for associate talent development, engagement, benefits and wellness programs, performance management, and development initiatives
- Develop messaging frameworks, editorial calendars, and channel strategies that improve associate understanding, engagement, and action
- Create and review content for executive communications, associate campaigns, talent programs, and enterprise-wide announcements
- Establish communication goals, metrics, and reporting to measure reach, engagement, and business impact and continuously improve outcomes
- Manage and develop a communications team, setting priorities, coaching performance, and building capabilities aligned to enterprise needs
- Guide cross-functional planning and stakeholder alignment to ensure communications are consistent, timely, and aligned to the Fiserv brand voice
- Oversee communications governance, review processes, and channel standards to support quality, accuracy, and effective execution
Experience you'll need to have:
- 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee communications, public relations, or a related field supporting enterprise initiatives and executive stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams
- 12+ years of experience building communication strategies, change communication plans, and multi-channel content for large, matrixed organizations
- 10+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders, Human Resources, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational communication outcomes
- Experience using measurable communication methods, including channel performance analysis, engagement metrics, and reporting to guide decisions
- Bachelor's degree
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience supporting talent, culture, or associate engagement communications in a financial services, payments, or technology environment
- Experience leading enterprise-wide change communications tied to organizational transformation or workforce initiatives
- Experience with content management systems, intranet platforms, survey tools, or enterprise communication technologies
- Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel: This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
