SignalFire Wireless Telemetry, at TASI Measurement company, based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, specializes in designing and manufacturing wireless telemetry products for industrial applications, particularly in sectors like oil and gas, agriculture, and utilities. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team at SignalFire Telemetry. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to boost demand for our products. You will use technology applications to create engaging marketing campaigns that generate leads, attend trade shows to promote our products and represent our brand, and drive interest with prospecting communications such as emails, ads, and social posts.
Essential Functions
- Conduct market sizing, trend analysis, and competitive research to determine where new customer demand exists and provide data-driven insights to guide product and sales focus.
- Identify and collect decision-maker contact information (engineers, operations managers, integrators, OEMs, etc.) to support the sales pipeline and expand SignalFire’s reach into target industries.
- Use research findings to make strategic cold calls and outreach efforts, schedule demos for the sales team, and ensure prospects are properly captured in the CRM.
- Manage event logistics, coordinate materials and demos, oversee booth setup, handle travel, and serve as primary liaison with event organizers.
Other Responsibilities
- Follow up with potential leads from tradeshows and events. Document the notes for the sales team in the CRM.
- Coordinate regional and factory training for our customers including scheduling, sending invitations to SignalFire resellers and prospective customers, and setting up the event space.
- Collaborate with TASI Measurement companies in co-marketing SignalFire products by co-creating value messaging for targeted applications in targeted markets.
- Support the digital marketing communications leader in developing digital content and implementing marketing campaign strategies to promote products for our target markets.
- Utilize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ad for programmatic campaigns that are customized for specific markets, new markets, and new products.
- Use data analytics to track campaign success and create outcome reports.
- Collaborate with creative and web designers to enhance marketing materials.
- Travel 20-40%, including overnight stays and air travel.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors of Business Administration and/or Marketing
- 1-3 years in sales, marketing and business development role
- Proficient in managing Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
- Skilled in building lead lists, crafting outbound sequences, and using marketing tools such as Ezytise, SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SeamLess AI, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Apollo, or HubSpot.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in selling solutions to end users and businesses.
- Experience supporting company tradeshow events and customer events.
- Proficient in leveraging AI technologies for marketing and sales purposes.
- Intermediate to advanced skill set with M365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) as well as creative applications such as Canva.
- Must have familiarity with consumer and data protection laws and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy directives in the EU; and copyright and trademark regulations.
