Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The 2nd Shift Production Planning Clerical will learn core planning functions with a focus on DC workload analysis.  The DC Planning Clerical will have an assigned focus on completing job functions that align with the DC service level agreements.   The role requires accountability for completing 99x and 990 planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure tasks are completed timely
• Learn systems such as RDM, Tableau, Crystal, RMS
• Obtain feedback from peers  
• Identify process efficiency opportunities and propose solutions
• Email daily plans to DC departments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• At least 1-2 years experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Ability to use critical thinking to proactively identify and remove obstacles to success
• Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to work overtime, including extra days
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
