Associate Director* Clinical Vendor Management

 

Your main responsibilities are

• Active engagement and strong relationship management with our strategic/preferred clinical vendor to ensure effective vendor oversight for the outsourced portfolio of services
• Lead vendor related performance management incl. KPI tracking/documentation and related improvement initiatives to ensure compliance, quality and contribution in the timely delivery of trial milestones
• Define strategies and ideas to develop, improve and strengthen collaboration through data and digital focused initiatives
• Actively drive issue management and mitigation processes and ensure effective vendor governance incl. preparation, conduct and follow-up of governance meetings
• Monitor and maintain vendor management documentation, SLAs and manuals and initiate necessary updates, enhancements and corrective actions

 

What you have to offer

• Approximately 8-10 years of experience in Clinical Trial settings, CRO and/or Pharma
• Profound experience in Vendor Management
• Able to recognize problems and provide solutions
• Willingness to take over responsibility and work independently / pro-active working style
• Excellent communicative skills, especially in English (written and spoken)
