About the role

This is a remote position.

Scope:

Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 5pm San Francisco, CA Time
Direct collaboration with company leadership and tech team

Responsibilities:

Manage and update the company’s Webflow-based website, ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs
Implement frequent changes to website content, including updating verbiage and application details
Address and resolve website security issues to meet platform requirements (e.g., TikTok)
Collaborate with the tech lead and other team members to align design with business objectives
Adapt designs quickly based on changing partner requirements and user feedback
Ensure consistency in user experience across all website updates and changes

Requirements:

Proven experience with Webflow and UX/UI design for web applications
Strong understanding of responsive design principles
Familiarity with website security best practices
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment
Experience in or willingness to learn about the healthcare or fertility industry is a plus
