Job Description

This Sr. Finance Leader will oversee, develop and coach a team of 5 - 8 financial professionals to drive high impact financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and month end close deliverables.
The successful candidate will provide guidance on strategic, operational, and financial issues to the supported areas, including driving financial efficiency, operational effectiveness, and strategic workforce solutions.
Success in this role will require the ability to cultivate strong trust and influence with Sr. Leadership across the Development Functions areas. This person will be viewed as the business partner that provides strategic direction and is seen as the “go to person” for business financial analysis, insight, and counsel.
