Job Summary
You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. Responsible for overall successful operation of the designated outlet or department, sometimes acting in the capacity of line cook, cooks assistant if need be.

Job Responsibilities

Assist cooks in the preparation and service of menu items.

Taste all the food on the line and make sure it is up to specification.

Check and refill soups and other supplies during service to ensure sufficient supply is on hand.

Ensure preparation is always stays ahead.

Pick up store room requisitions as required.

Take and note meal breaks every day

Must be flexible and adapt to changes

Follow guideline requirements of our E.H.S. as well as proper disposal of oils at night

Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Keep sanitation levels to company standards

Help other departments when need arise
-
Attend all training and classes as assigned or advised by the supervisor.

Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or Senior Management
Job Requirements:
- 6 months of kitchen food preparation experience
- Required to live on property in the assigned housing or employee RV park

Knowledge of different stations like the grill, garde manger, and sauté

High volume cooking experience
