About the role

We are looking for a Workplace & Security Coordinator to manage and coordinate administrative responsibilities alongside office and security procedures. Reporting to our VP of Workplace Experience you will help create a safe and enjoyable environment for both employees and guests at our Dallas office. As a culture champion and designated security contact, you will bring our brand and mission to life within our office space.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will manage all workplace vendor relationships (e.g., office catering, snack and beverage services, janitorial services, property management, and security).
• You will assist with budget management for drinks, catering, office events, etc.
• You will maintain and improve office facilities, including furniture, kitchen areas, and meeting rooms.
• You will order office supplies and ensure common areas and kitchens are well-stocked and clean.
• You will support the Workplace Experience team with build-outs, moves, physical space projects, and space planning.
• You will recommend office improvements to enhance culture and employee wellness.
• You will support People Experience and IT teams.
• You will coordinate with People Experience and Recruiting teams for company social events, off-sites, and all-hands meetings.
• You will be a contact for office-related needs.
• You will secure premises by patrolling and monitoring the property throughout the shift.
• You will complete onsite security protocols, including walking the floor, allowing access to voice actors after building lock-up at 6:00 PM, and escorting them to our suite.
• You will ensure employees and actors depart the building safely and reach their vehicles securely, if requested.
• You will collaborate with management to develop, prepare, and implement safety and security policies and procedures.
• You will maintain security licensing and proficiency in conflict resolution and first aid/CPR/AED.
• You will submit recommendations for improvements to the safety management program, including emergency preparedness, accident prevention, general safety, and risk management.
• You will identify opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems.
• You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws and regulations.

We are considering applicants for our Coppell office.

About You

• 2+ years of experience in facilities, office management, administration, or security roles.
• You have great interpersonal skills, and are always willing to engage hands-on.
• You are adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You are proficient in Google Workspace.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You can lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks (e.g., moving furniture, receiving deliveries).
• You have onsite availability for five days a week
