What's your day like?

As a new Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Pennknoll Village, you can expect a rewarding and structured daily routine within our skilled nursing facility. Your primary responsibility will involve delivering compassionate care to residents, administering medications, and monitoring their health status. You'll engage closely with residents, providing comfort and support as you nurture meaningful connections. Your schedule will be during the evening and night shifts, from 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM, giving you the flexibility to cater to your lifestyle. Each day, you'll collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure high-quality care, document patient progress, and assist with daily living activities.

As you settle into the role, you will also have opportunities to hone your clinical skills while leading initiatives to enhance resident well-being in a high-energy environment.
