Description

 We are seeking a fun-loving person who has exceptional customer service skills and is a team-player.

Responsibilities Include:

· Customer service skills, greeting.

· Management of front desk work-flow, keeping exam room and supplies organized

· Making sure the office looks presentable.

· Managing Scheduling, phone calls and appointments

· Consents properly signed and scanned into EPIC

· Excel sheets

· Referrals that our faxed need to be called and scheduled same day if possible

· Social Media/Newsletter

· Authorizations; workflow in place

· IW Email

· Confirming upcoming appointments

· Batch report

Compensation will be based on experience. 

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$15.00-$41.50/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*

*Employees actual pay rate will depend on a host of factors including, without limitation, job location, specialty, skillset, education, and experience. The patey scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
