Position Type: Per Diem | 1099 Contractor
Setting: School & Home-Based Pediatric Therapy
Pay Structure:

• $75 for 30-minute session

• $85 for 45-minute session

• $100 for 1-hour session

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide personalized therapy services to children in both school and home settings throughout Smithtown. This flexible, per diem opportunity is ideal for therapists who want to help young patients build strength, mobility, and independence in the environments where they learn and live.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to support developmental milestones

• Help children regain essential motor skills for independent living

• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and a supportive clinical team

• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and remain active during sessions

• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure high-quality care

✅ What You’ll Need

• Active Physical Therapy license in New York State

• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience in school or home care

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
