The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will have the unique opportunity to strategically build, develop, and lead the execution of full life-cycle recruiting for Carvana’s Operations teams, while guiding a recruiting team to meet (or crush) high-volume hiring targets.</p> <p>In this role you’ll lead your team to success in one of our company’s top priorities - staffing Carvana’s Operations teams with top talent. You’ll also develop strong business relationships with your business partners and internal customers.
