Description
This individual works as a leader in a team environment and is responsible for all operational tasks associated with servicing defined contribution plans in compliance with the plan’s provisions and administrative policies. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring administrative processes and procedures, acting as the point of escalation contact on significant participant issues, training/development of team members and problem resolution.
The Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant will interact within their team and with other Milliman teams (possibly across office locations) with a moderate amount of interaction with the client. A small amount of travel can be anticipated.

What You Will Do
- Direct supervision of Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance team is meeting deadlines and following procedures
- Oversight and coordination of workflows and procedures
- Understanding of IRS regulations and plan documents
Who We Are Looking For
Required Experience and Skills
- 15+ years of industry experience with expertise in retirement plan documents and strong working knowledge of 401(k) plans
Preferred Qualifications
- ERISA Paralegal preferred
- CPC Certification
Personal Qualifications
- Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work product
- Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to productively respond to change
- Excellent organization and time management skills
Location
This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas, TX, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $96,000 to $194,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
