You'll partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People Operations to ensure our programs remain compliant with local regulations while staying fiercely competitive in a fast-moving talent market. Day-to-day, you'll manage vendor relationships, lead open enrollment cycles, drive global benefits benchmarking, and advise leadership on benefits strategy as we enter new markets. You'll operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor — comfortable moving from executive-level presentations to plan document reviews in the same afternoon. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a benefits leader who thrives in a scaling, international environment.</p> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of progressive benefits experience, with at least 4 years managing global benefits programs</li> <li>Deep expertise in U.S. benefits compliance including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing benefits in international markets (UK, EU, APAC), including knowledge of statutory entitlements, in-country compliance requirements,
