Position Overview

Churchill Mortgage is seeking a Home Loan Assistant with a desire to begin a new career path in the mortgage industry! This job is perfect for someone who is eager to learn the sales side of the business or someone who is looking to re-enter the mortgage industry. This is an in-office position.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to former & prospective customers to generate leads. 
• Gather basic customer information and identify customer needs.
• Schedule initial appointments with Licensed Loan Officers
• Maintain database to ensure excellent customer service 
• Appropriately classify and distinguish each lead contacted.
• Manage 50-100 outbound calls per day

Qualifications And Skills

• High School diploma or equivalency degree.
• 1-year experience in sales/customer service role.
• Bilingual  - English & Spanish
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Consistently adhere to and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking, time management, follow-up
