The vision is to become the world’s No.1 road trip provider by continuing to expand – both vertically and geographically.</p> <p>Indie Campers operates across the US in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Orlando, and Miami, and in Europe in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, England, Scotland, Switzerland, Iceland, Sweden, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Croatia, Norway, and has pick-up centres in more than 50 cities.</p> <p>THE ROLE</p> <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic new member for our Corporate Finance Team at our Lisbon headquarters.  As a Corporate Finance Analyst we are looking for a very hands-on, high analytical profile. Reporting directly to our Director of Finance, this role gives you a fantastic exposure to the company's business model, funding and cash flow management strategy together with the opportunity to work and interact with financial teams and operations /assets teams in an organisation that is scaling at a unique speed</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</p> <ul> <li>Prepare cash flow models and project the cash flow needs for the next 18 months.</li> <li>Participate in the creation of the annual budget, establishing processes and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels on business operations to achieve targets.</li> <li>Participate in the creation of the 5Y business plan for the company, including new business units to be created.</li> <li>Actively engage on fundraising process – strategy, decision and execution:</li> <ul> <li>Debt restructure, new debt and management of current debt</li> <li>Incentives, Tax Credits and subsidising financing</li> <li>Special funding fleet projects</li> <li>Equity fundraise investments</li> </ul> <li>Prepare reports for Board Meetings, Shareholders Meetings and other management meetings.</li> <li>Analyse potential M&amp;A transactions.</li> <li>Manage ongoing relationships with financial partners (banks, leasing companies, other partners).</li> <li>Create, structure and set up special financing projects with the strong collaboration of other departments.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</p> <ul> <li>Recent graduate of a BA/BS/Masters in Economics or Finance.</li> <li>Up to 2 years of experience in the area.</li> <li>A Business and finance oriented mindset.</li> <li>Ambition and relentless drive and are proactive in the pursuit of sources of value.</li> <li>Fast learner and tech-savvy, eager to implement new procedures with new tools to improve efficiency through automation of tasks.</li> <li>Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous and responsible for deliverables.</li> <li>Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition.</li> <li>Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides (Mandatory)</li> <li>Fluent in English (Mandatory).</li> <li>Eligible for IEFP professional internship</li> <li>Ambitious, self-driven and with an entrepreneurial attitude, hard-working, frugal, bold, tech-driven, someone who thrives by constantly learning, overcoming challenges and creating impact.</li> <li>International experience is valued.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Are you ready to Go Indie?</strong><em> </em><em> </em></p>
