What You Will Achieve

As part of the Operational Readiness Capital Projects team, your primarily role is to support the

delivery of site projects.

This is achieved via ensuring change controls are approved in line with project timelines, as well as the facilitation / generation of operational site procedures (technical writing/editing) with Subject Matter Experts (SME's).

As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Prioritise and plan day to day work to meet project timelines.

  • Support the Project / Production teams with updates to or creation of master supporting and master controlling documentation (MSD and MCD) and the associated change controls.

  • Participate in updates of documentation to ensure documentation is maintained and current for the Functional unit.

  • Use of quality tracking systems and site document systems.

  • Participate in facilitation of operational risk assessments.

  • Participate in the review of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)and assist in the development of future performance targets.

  • Maintain effective communication channels enabling effective service delivery.

  • Display expected values, behavior and culture and create an environment of open communication and equal recognition of contribution.

  • Ensure that all colleagues work in a safe environment and in a safe manner in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and statutory obligations.

  • Support implementation of Pfizer’s security standards (internal & external) and the associated assessment and audit programs to determine compliance and appropriate remediation plans.

  • Initiate and participate in the generation and implementation of continuous improvement (CI) ideas.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong customer focus.

  • Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Strong articulation (written and verbal).

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Knowledge of change controls.
