Core Responsibilities
Driver of brand protection through the development, management and execution of pricing policies for the US and CA markets; including vendor management relationship.
Manage the Authorized Seller Policy for the U.S. market.
Responsible for guaranteeing customer investment decisions align with customer segmentation model frameworks. Lead the end-to-end customer segmentation process including annual customer/channel assessment, defining trade investment guardrails as well as the implementation and governance of all RGM policies.
Responsible for improving regional Trade Investment Efficiency strategy in alignment with worldwide mentorship on procedures, resources, capabilities, and protocols.
Lead regional promotion guidance and Trade Investment effectiveness initiatives. Build and implement promotional guardrails, conduct pre- & post-event analytics, and create data driven recommendations for future trade spend direction.
Facilitate the regional deployment and adoption of all RGM/Trade Promotion tools and lead the regional feedback cycle to drive tool improvement.

Regional Commercial Development sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. The team is a key enabler to unlocking pathways towards our organizational goals and ambitions. This role creates the opportunity for learning experiences across all Americas (AMS) markets, as well as close interaction with Global teams. It offers in-depth understanding of the LEGO Customer Value Proposition and our channel strategy and combines both long term strategic direction aligned to global/regional priorities, as well as local market needs to maintain flexibility and agility. You will have an opportunity to engage with sales management, regional marketing and the global Market Commercial Development (MCD) teams. This role provides exposure to comprehensive problem-solving driven by fact-based insights in collaboration with global, regional and local partners and facilitation of decision-making with senior executives.

Previous experience working in Revenue Management in CPG environment.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $124,706.00 - $187,060.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
