What your day-to-day will look like:   

• Develop and execute strategy projects across all of JLL’s business lines and functions 

• Instill a customer-driven, fact-based, and objective approach to analysis, decision-making, and prioritization   

• Create frameworks to tackle complex problems  

• Partner with, and advise internal executives and stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on priorities and action  

• Coordinate and manage an enterprise competitive intelligence program to track and analyze activities of core commercial real estate competitors, with regular reporting to senior leadership, to drive strategic decision-making 

• Build and maintain a strong network across other JLL units (e.g. research, finance, investor relations, business line strategy units) to drive projects to success 

• Manage junior corporate strategy team members (analysts/associates/interns) and colleagues from other functions to execute strategy projects 

Desired or preferred experience and skills  

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, real estate, economics, or related fields; MBA/Masters preferred  

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate 

• Previous management experience  

• Global business experience 

• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

Required Skills and Experience:   

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or commercial real estate (with strong exposure to corporate strategy)  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools including quantitative analysis and knowledge of strategy frameworks 

• Ability to showcase success in handling ambiguous and dynamic projects with multiple workstreams  

• Strong business judgment and executive presence  

• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor  

• Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners  

• Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented and collaborative approach to work  

• Strong financial and business modelling skills
