Job Description
Reporting to the SVP, Global People Product and Service Delivery, the Sr. Director, Strategic Enterprise Workforce Planning will enable enterprise wide workforce planning, monitoring and governance processes to proactively manage our headcount growth to align with ServiceNow financial growth.
This role partners closely with senior leaders across all business functions, as well as with HR, Finance, Workplace Services, People Insights and Organizational Workforce Planning and Skills, to design and execute best in class workforce management strategies and tactics, aligned with ServiceNow’s goals, industry workforce dynamics and trends.
This role is pivotal in steering the workforce planning council's strategic direction, optimizing the HC to NNACV (Headcount to Net New Annual Contract Value) transition, and ensuring alignment with business and Global People objectives. The position involves decision-making in collaboration with stakeholders and spearheading implementation initiatives across new locations.

· Drive the enterprise Workforce Planning Council’s agenda, fostering alignment with organizational goals and HC to NNACV transformation strategies.
· Partner with business leaders, Finance and Global people to identify, prioritize, and execute critical decisions to achieve optimal outcomes.
· Analyze HC contributions to NNACV growth, ensuring effective resource allocation and measurable impact.
· Lead and oversee the rollout of strategic initiatives in new locations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to objectives
· Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
· Develop and utilize metrics to track the success of HC-to-NNACV transformation efforts and inform continuous improvement.
· Drive alignment and accountability within the workforce planning process, including identifying and monitoring key metrics
· Evaluate business and market data to determine optimal enterprise guidance around key talent levers and ensuring compliance
· Assess requests from business related to changes or modifications to existing guidance
· Establish and maintain governance, reporting, and feedback mechanisms to support business leaders throughout implementation of workforce council decisions and execution of workforce plans
· Drive enterprise mindset for continuous improvement in workforce planning, leveraging benchmarking, with focus on metrics and outcomes
· Partner with Finance to integrate Workforce Planning into corporate planning processes and promote shared accountability across business unit
· Partner with business unit workforce planning pods to drive alignment, execution, and compliance of enterprise workforce planning goals and support pods throughout the annual planning process
· Partner with Data Analytics to generate reports and analytics to provide insights on headcount trends, including progress against assigned targets
· Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COE leads to ensure alignment with workforce planning efforts
· Provide thought leadership to improve integration/automation of workforce planning systems, tools, and processes
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
· Proven experience (10+ years) serving in a strategic leadership position, preferably in driving enterprise-wide organizational transformation initiatives.
· Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
· Expertise in resource allocation and operational execution in complex environments.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Ability to navigate and influence within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
· Experience conducting enterprise workforce planning, either within HR or Finance
· Experience with HRIS and FP&A systems, including Workday, Anaplan or others
· Strong communication/presentation skills (verbal and written) with demonstrated ability to articulate high-level plans; comfortable interacting and communicating with all levels
· Proven ability to engage and influence executive stake
