- Identify opportunities that present the most potential for product growth.
- Remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement and/or monetization.
- Partner with engineering teams to execute projects.
- Analyze funnels, ecosystems, user behavior and long-term trends to identify opportunities for step-changes and angle changes in growth.
- Define and analyze metrics for product performance.
- Develop databased recommendations and presentations for product teams.
- Identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate market adoption and product growth.
- Collaborate with designers, engineering and data science teams to develop experiments, establish a shared vision and build consensus on product developments.
- Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation
- Requires 6 months of experience in the following:
- 1. Quantitative analysis and data mining
- 2. SQL or other programming language for data querying
- 3. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- 4. Preparing and presenting analytical reports
- 5. Product optimization work including funnel/website optimization or outbound communication channels like email or push notifications
- 6. Analyzing user behavior and trends
- 7. Identify the opportunities most important for growth to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, or monetization, AND
- 8. Lead experimentation from designing tests to analyzing results to make launch decisions
