Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – 1:1 School Nursing

Location: Suffolk County, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Minimum 3 days/week)
Pay Rate: $48/hour

What You’ll Do

• Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments

• Monitor and document health status; communicate changes to the care team

• Assist with daily living activities while preserving client dignity

• Ensure a safe, healthy environment for pediatric clients in school settings

• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to implement care plans

Requirements

• Active RN license in New York State

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or school nursing

• CPR/BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

• Physical exam within the past year

• QuantiFERON test within the past year

• MMR documentation or titers
