About the role

As our Senior Associate on the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and optimization of programs that enhance the effectiveness of our teams. In addition to developing and managing training initiatives, you will help coordinate internal communications, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and report on the effectiveness of enablement efforts. This role requires an individual who is a strong communicator. In this role you will collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership as well as Marketing, Business Intelligence, Strategic Initiatives, and other cross-functional departments. To thrive in this role, you have a background in marketing or communication and be comfortable presenting to internal teams.

Candidate must have a demonstrated track record in organization of communications, training, sales processes, and an ability to collaborate well with multiple levels and departments across the organization. 

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Process Optimization

  • Support CRM-related projects, including client issue tracking, system migrations, and enhancements by assisting with documentation, user guidance, training, and promoting the adoption of sales processes, NPS and client health, CRM standards, and contracting tools.
  • Assist in managing sales enablement tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Definitive Healthcare, providing basic analysis and user support.
  • Drive adoption of new processes and system enhancements by collaborating with partner teams, surveying end users, serving as a subject matter expert, and ensuring smooth implementation.

Market & Industry Insights

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and healthcare market developments, identifying key updates relevant to the broader team.
  • Conduct research on hospital systems and healthcare organizations to support sales efforts, compiling key findings into actionable presentations.

Communication & Team Coordination

  • Oversee scheduling, content development and execution of key internal team meetings including weekly Commercial Operations meetings, quarterly Commercial team meetings, bi-annual team offsites, and other meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment with key initiatives and priorities.
  • Maintain and update team training and process documentation, team calendar, and distribution lists to ensure easy access to critical resources.
  • Define and document methodology and processes including related tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, project management, enablement, training, or learning and development role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience planning events, creating newsletters, creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations, and training internal users.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing presentations and think outside the box to improve processes and content.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,342.00 - $94,799.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
