Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.</span></p></div><p>The HR Generalist serves as a hands-on, local HR presence supporting multiple Regional HR Managers. This role focuses on employee relations support, time and attendance administration, onboarding coordination, local engagement efforts, and day-to-day HR execution. The Generalist operates from a regional office to maximize face-to-face interaction with employees and leaders, ensuring consistent, compliant, and people-centered HR support.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the local HR point of contact for employees and leaders, providing front-line support and guidance.</li> <li>Support employee relations matters, including intake, documentation, coaching conversations, and escalation to Regional HR Managers as appropriate.</li> <li>Assist with time and attendance issues, PTO inquiries, and basic payroll coordination.</li> <li>Coordinate on onboarding logistics, background checks, orientation support, and first-day readiness.</li> <li>Support disciplinary and corrective action processes by preparing documentation and tracking steps.</li> <li>Assist with offboarding processes, including exit logistics and system notifications.</li> <li>Administer and support employee understanding of benefits and leave programs, escalating complex cases as needed.</li> <li>Serve as a culture and engagement liaison, supporting local events and recognition efforts.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and timely updates in HR systems and HRIS platforms.</li> <li>Partner with Regional HR Managers to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.</li> <li>Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</li> <li>3–5 years of progressive HR experience.</li> <li>Experience in a multi-location or high-volume environment preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>High attention to detail and f
