Bilingual Software QA Tester

Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is seeking for an experienced Bilingual Software/QA Tester. 
This qualified individual will be responsible for supporting Live Assistance (LA) Workstream Leads in testing voice/voicebots and other contact center channel applications (e.g., chat/chatbots, Agent Desktop, E-Mail) for compliance with standards, ensuring workstream deliverables comply. The selected candidate must be able to travel onsite (local office) one day a week.  (either in the Lanham, MD or Atlanta, GA Office)

What you will do:
• Define, document, and execute compliance test cases
• Draft and/or Contribute to the preparation of compliance enterprise life-cycle artifacts
• Conduct compliance demonstrations using IRS accessibility tools (e.g., JAWS, Dragon, Zoom Text).
• Manage test cases and testing using the IRS Enterprise Life-Cycle Management (ELM) tool
• Systems Integration & Testing
• Software QA Testing
• Web Application testing/maintenance of applications and supported processes
• Develop and execute test scripts for functional testing of chatbots in Spanish and English
• Create and execute test scripts for functional testing
• Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
• Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing 
processes, or new testing requirements.
• Consults with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate and test applications.
• Performs analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluations of products.
• Develops testing procedures, test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and 
deployment tests

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least must have at least 2 to 4 years of quality assurance/testing experience. 
• Additional years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degree.
• At least 2 years of experience testing tools used at the IRS including JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon Naturally 
• Speaking, Object Inspector, Talkback and Voiceover.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. 
• Knowledge of IBM ELM/RQM (IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management / Rational Quality Manager) is highly desirable.
• Must have knowledge of accessibility tools
• Familiarity with one or more of the following: JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon Naturally Speaking, Object
• Inspector, Talkback and Voiceover.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
• Must be a Native Spanish Speaker- Oral and Written
• US Citizen or Green Card holder (with at least 3 years of US residency)
• Ability to get an IRS MBI clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
• Active MBI clearance is desired
• Federal and Government experience is plus
• 508 Compliance experience is a plus
