Where no two days are the same. </p> <p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <ul><li>Shape the future of intelligent and resilient energy grids by developing our service portfolio around modern grid technologies.</li><li>Expand and refine our Power Grid Engineering portfolio with a focus on advanced grid and automation solutions.</li><li>Lead projects involving grid control systems, grid operations, EMS, SCADA systems, power flow control, forecasting models, and system integration.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities in the fields of smart grids, microgrids, and hybrid solutions, while introducing and utilizing digital tools for grid simulation, data analysis, and real-time operations.</li><li>Support utilities, grid operators, and industrial clients in planning and optimizing complex grid systems.</li><li>Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and technology partners.</li></ul> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul><li>A degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, automation engineering, or a comparable qualification.</li><li>At least seven years of professional experience in planning or implementing grid technologies such as EMS, SCADA, smart grids, microgrids, or protection and control systems, along with knowledge of relevant regulations.</li><li>Ideally, experience with planning software and digital engineering tools.</li><li>A strong understanding of grid control, real-time systems, data architectures, and operational requirements for modern grids.</li><li>High customer orientation, analytical thinking, and a passion for technical excellence, combined with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.</li><li>Fluency in both German and English, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul> <p><strong>What you’ll love about working here?</strong></p> <ul><li>An environment in which you can constantly develop yourself.
