The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist I is responsible for onboarding new clients and implementing Treasury Management products and services. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure a successful implementation of treasury services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Open new commercial accounts.
Manage multiple implementation requests simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required business documentation.
Prepare agreements and new account documentation relative to Treasury Management services.
Work directly with clients to obtain signatures for new and existing Treasury Management services.
Implement products and services for new and existing TM customers.
Facilitate training to clients on all Treasury Management products and services.
Complete Account Analysis for new implementation requests.

Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of applicable banking experience, Treasury Management experience preferred.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
