General Maintenance

We are actively seeking a full-time general maintenance candidate!
Performs plant operations maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, tests, and inspections to the facility's buildings, equipment, and utilities systems in accordance to department policies and procedures. Responsible for maintenance of the grounds and exterior areas of the facility.

Requirements:

• Physical exam (within 1 year)
• 2 Step TB, followed by 1 Step TB (within 1 year)
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); on-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and follow simple oral and written instructions.
• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Working knowledge or experience of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial maintenance preferred.
• 1 year general maintenance experience in a hospital or nursing home setting preferred.
