Responsibilities
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 4 years of SDET and testing experience, with a solid understanding of Internet/Web & MiddlewareTechnologies.
Proficient in using tools such as Selenium, SOAP UI, CA Lisa, ParaSoft, or similar. Strong experience with REST Assured or other API test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with WebSphere MQ and IBM Integration Bus (IIB) is a plus.
Excellent coding skills in JavaScript or Java.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong understanding of data models and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience in test automation and strategy design across distributed systems.
Ability to solve and debug production issues by collaborating with remote teams across QA, Development, Project Management, and Operations.
Familiarity with automation tests using stubs and mocked data from integrated systems.

Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience, ideally with at least 2 years in the Middleware domain.
Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in API testing; WireMock experience is beneficial.
Strong automation experience (3+ years) in Core Java, Selenium WebDriver, Maven.
Competent in SQL (data retrieval, updates, inserts) on databases such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.
REST API and middleware testing expertise using native or third-party Java libraries.
Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages is advantageous.
Skilled in source code control systems, such as Git and Subversion.
Experience implementing continuous integration using Jenkins or TeamCity.
Hands-on experience with ALM tools and working in Agile environments.
Thorough understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
