Production Planner* Individualized Products
Your main responsibilities are:
• Taking care of the production planning and scheduling for our individualized cancer vaccines studies. To do so, you closely collaborate and align with i.e.: the manufacturing team, QA-, QC-, QP-Departments, Engineering and Maintenance, Regulatory Affairs as well as external laboratories; whenever shortages become a crucial risk, you lead the de-bottlenecking activities
• You facilitate regular internal and external meetings to align i.e. on and publish the production plan, capacity forecasts and downtime plans
• You are the Go-to person for the (internal and external) sponsor of our clinical studies to escalate issues, track the process of production and release and align on prioritization
• You are the Subject Matter Expert* for the development, implementation and improvement of the next generation of software tools used for individualized cancer vaccine production planning
• You participate in developing the next generation planning process for our upcoming individualized therapies and projects using the same production capacities
What you have to offer:
• Successfully completed university degree in in business administration, industrial engineering or applied science
• More than 3y working experience in production planning, preferably in the (personalized) pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills as well as hands-on mentality with broad range of working scope
• Ability to work in dynamic working environment with dynamic targets and expanding processes
• Fluent German & English skills (written and spoken) as well as affinity for IT, including profound Excel skills and preferably SAP experience
