The Opportunity:  

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Naval Aviation Security Cooperation International Programs. You'll review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness, track project schedules and coordinate updates to programs’ Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You'll draft technical and administrative correspondence, prepare program status summaries and presentations. You'll attend meetings, reviews and conferences and prepare meeting minutes.

You’ll work with key stakeholders and help with tactical Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics planning using resources like MS Project, MS PowerPoint and regular interactions with Subject Matter Experts and customers.

You Have: 

• 3 years of experience in a professional work environment
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite 
• Ability to function successfully in a dynamic working environment
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with logistics
• Knowledge of foreign military sales
• Knowledge of Naval Aviation

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
