- Manage and oversee account service delivery team operations to ensure Gainwell products and services are delivered according to project schedule
- Navigate complex relationships between delivery and client groups to ensure stronger client relationships
- Ensure that all systems development is performed in accordance with all WI policies and procedures.
- Accurately estimate systems development efforts and resource needs.
- Report systems development activities, including but not limited to the execution and status of releases associated with performance standards.
- Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provide technical advice on complex programming.
- Supporting Production schedule and on-call resources.
- Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
- Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies.
- Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
- Frequently interacts with functional peer groups and client, drive service improvements.
- Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others.
- Provides direct supervision to individual contributors and/or subordinate supervisors.
- Acts as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.
- Bolster our workforce by selecting and hiring employees to support your team; train them to enhance their performance, development and work products
What we're looking for
- 5 years of Substantial leadership or supervisory experience in support services, project leadership or program management in a technology industry
- Experience in Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) with focus on one or more of the following areas: Provider Management, Provider Portal, Member Eligibility and Managed Care, BPA/Reference.
- Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical claims processing including the corresponding financial and reference management. Skilled in managing projects, financial budgets, and forecasting.
- Ability to simultaneously manage large scale projects concurrently and effectively respond to unanticipated customer business priorities.
- Experience managing staff in a complex IT environment & demonstrated comprehensive experience managing the planning, developing, testing, implementing of software application changes, & using software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

The pay range for this position is $86,700.00 - $123,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
