Position Overview:

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS)’s, Division of Child Support Services is seeking to hire a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our Call Center team in the role of Call Center Specialist. This position will help resolve customer inquiries, research, and confirm payment disbursements by accessing a Child Support payment system.  The position will also serve as liaison with various state agencies such as the Assistant Attorney General Office, Assistant State’s Attorney office and private attorneys regarding child support enforcement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical, communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in performing the operations of Unit 1/Team A in the Call Center.  The ability to maintain working relationships with other governmental professional organizations is imperative.
