Clinical Supervisor – Full Time – Montrose Regional Crisis Center – Montrose, CO

Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor will deliver high quality clinical supervision to all clinical staff assigned.  This position is also responsible for providing direct clinical care for 20% of their assignment.  The Clinical Supervisor will support an integrated care approach in all clinical services.  This position will also be called upon to provide expertise for center policy and programming, and the Clinical Supervisor must be capable of independent action without losing sight of the fact that their actions, at all times, represent the policies, priorities, and values of the Center.

Our ideal candidate for our Clinical Supervisor position will have a master’s degree in one of the recognized mental health professions, and they will be licensed or license eligible in the State of Colorado as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD. 5 years minimum experience of post-graduate clinical experience in a healthcare setting. The experience must include at least two years of supervisory experience.

Salary:  $32.00 (Base pay $31.00 + $1.00 locale differential = $32.00) - $34.86 per hour and considers preferred experience and preferred education, as described above.
