Associate Systems Analyst

The hiring range for this role is:  

74,759.59 - 110,658.55

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

This role is responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to meet business needs. This role involves partnering with customers to understand their requirements and creating both functional and non-functional specifications. As an application and data Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will advise and influence both business and technical partners throughout the entire product lifecycle, from development and testing to post-implementation operations.

Ensure business requirements are thorough, detailed, and concise, and document exceptions for management approval. 20%

Create, review, and obtain sign-off on Systems Analyst artifacts according to project management guidelines. 20%

Provide application support, serve as the SME for relevant applications, and ensure product changes align with overall design and best practices. 20%

Deliver weekly status updates, investigate and address customer issues, and escalate risks as necessary. 15%

Foster positive relationships, collaborate effectively with internal and external customers, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. 15%

Provide detailed estimates for Systems Analyst activities and artifacts. 10%

Education
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
