Production Supervisor

Role Summary

Speaker of the team for one or multiple manufacturing lines or cells. Leads all employees in area of responsibility. Ensures the achievement of the production plan for the shift. Can act as an operator.

Main Tasks

• Responsible to track the performance indicators of the line/ cell(s)
• Ensures, supported by the shift supervisor, the achievement of the production plan (quality, quantity) and informs in case of gaps
• Ensures effective implementation and use of the Production Basics
• Supports effective processes implementation and makes proposal to improve the process
• Assists Setter or performs set up and changeovers
• Ensures necessary documentation is available at the line
