The SAP system serves various departments across the site, including manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing, finance, planning, and quality.</span></p><p><span><b>Department: </b>This role is part of the Operational Excellence, and Strategy team and reports directly to the Director of Operational Excellence. </span></p><p><span><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li><span><b>Project Planning (25%): </b>Develop and implement a comprehensive SAP Transcend implementation strategy and program across all business units. Conduct a thorough gap analysis for SAP S/4HANA implementation, concentrating on site processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and plan-to-produce.</span></li><li><span><b> Project Management and Execution (25%): Be responsible for</b> the end-to-end deployment of the SAP Transcend program across multiple functions, ensuring successful outcomes across all workstreams, adhering to set scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.</span></li><li><span><b>Leadership (20%): </b>Establish and provide mentorship to the program team to nurture leadership and technical expertise within the organization.</span></li><li><span><b>Partnership (10%): </b>Collaborate with the SAP Transcend program, disseminating standard methodologies globally while encouraging a community of practice among SAP subject matter experts (SMEs) at the site.</span></li><li><span><b>Organizational Change (10%): </b>Partner with business units to facilitate alignment with new capabilities and lead effective organizational change efforts.</span></li><li><span><b>Partner Communication and customer management (10%): </b>Maintain proactive and open communication regarding project updates with key internal and external collaborators.</span></li></ul><p><span>Additional <span>Responsibilities: Support</span> global DOTS and Global Go Beyond initiatives in the deployment of SAP Transcend. Apply insights to improve deployment strategies for other sites.</span></p><p><span><b>Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li><span><b>Education: </b>A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering.</span></li><li><span><b>Experience: </b>Established history in operations and project management within the pharmaceutical sector.</span></li><li><span><b>Knowledge &amp; Skills:</b></span><ul><li><span>Confirmed project management skills in a highly regulated manufacturing environment</span></li><li><span>Strong business insight across various operational fields (manufacturing, warehousing, maintenance, quality, finance and planning) with relevant systems integration</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in ISA S95 &amp; S88 standards and their relevance in a global supply chain.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of the digital architecture of a manufacturing site and the interdependencies of key systems (like MES, LIMS and SAP)</span></li><li><span>Facilitating organizational change.</span></li><li><span>Team leadership experience</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GAMP, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts is helpful.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of quality systems and/or regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Strong decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and skills in cross-functional
