Work Scheduling Assistant Associate – Work Scheduling Assistant
What You’ll Do:
Job Assignment: Execute tasks related to the work scheduling process, including closing of contracts and company upon completion, assigning jobs to line service personnel utilizing management system applications.
Customer Communication: Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide timely updates on service requests.
Policy Adherence: Support compliance with established work scheduling policies and procedures to maintain operational standards. Work Order Closing Policy
Outage Management Assistance: Collaborate with the outage management team as needed to facilitate effective service restoration.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Work Scheduling Assistant Associate (Grade 02)
Education requirements: High school diploma or GED.
Work Experience requirement listed below:9 months of post high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment.
Work Scheduling Assistant (Grade 03)
Education requirements: High school diploma or GED required.
Work Experience requirement:3 years of post high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the Work Scheduling Rep Assc classification. Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs, effective verbal and written communication skills required. Eight years' experience in banking, corporate finance, or treasury OR a Bachelor's degree and ten years' related experience in treasury, banking, or cash management.

Work Scheduling Assistant (Grade 03) $21.19/hr – 28.65/hr
