Description

· Take direction from Machine Operator in support of manufacturing operations.

· Ability to monitor and recognize proper operation of equipment and machinery. Recognize process upsets, notify Machine Operator and take appropriate actions.

· Work in different areas of line as required.

· Understand requirements and perform Quality Control inspections of product.

· Ability to effectively communicate any issues with other team members.

· Ability to prioritize and respond to shifting demands.

· Keep workstation area clean and organized

· Document production and process related information as required.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a Team environment
• Ability to use hand tools and measurement tools
• Prior machine operations and experience in manufacturing / industrial setting
• Some understanding or exposure of Lean manufacturing tools and processes is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training program and / or skills preferred
• Comply with occupational safety regulations
• Work in shifts and overtime as required
• Able to lift 50 lbs
